Service Description

In my gentle yoga classes I will guide you through a warm-up designed to prepare your body with mindful movements. This will lead into a thoughtfully curated sequence of yoga poses aimed at enhancing strength, flexibility, breath awareness, or energy and vitality, Each class concludes with a soothing relaxation and integration phase, leaving you feeling calm, centered, and re-energized.
