This class combines the benefits of Gentle Yoga with Deep Stretching. The science of stretching shows that we regain a greater range of motion and more flexibility with longer holds in our stretches. This class is crafted to target hips, hamstrings and backs. Come and regain a younger version of you, with a regular practice of Deep Stretching.
