Thank you for visiting my site. These Policies & Terms explain the class booking policies and how I use personal information collected on this site. Please read this before using the site or submitting any personal information.
By using the site, you are accepting these Policies and Terms. I reserve the right to change these Policies and Terms but any changes will be posted and will only apply to activities and information going forward, not retroactively.
Refunds
Yoga classes, packages and all purchases are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Purchases can only be used during agreed upon validity periods.
Class Size Limit.
Group class size maximum for online is 20 participants. If you’d like to invite a guest or add an additional person to your class, please contact me in advance to ensure availability.
Start/End Time.
Class start and end times are fixed. If a student arrives late or needs to step away in the middle of class, I will still end at the scheduled time.
12 Hour Cancellation / Change Policy.
If less than 12 hours notice is given, the class will not be refundable or transferred.
Health.
I understand that my yoga teacher is not a clinician and cannot treat, diagnose, or cure any disease, illness or injury. In all cases, students should join classes with approval from a trusted medical professional and should always follow their doctor’s advice.
Liability Waiver.
Students take full responsibility for their own health and any illness or injury that may occur. Students cannot and will not hold the instructor or any employers or affiliates responsible in the case of accident or illness during practice.
Privacy Policy
Collection of Information
I collect information, like names, postal addresses, email addresses, etc., when voluntarily submitted. This information is only used to fulfill your specific request, unless you give me permission to use it in another manner, for example to add you to a mailing list.
Sharing Your Personal Information
I do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others. You are providing contact information for class registration, updates, marketing, and communication. You can opt out and cancel/remove your complete data at any time.
